  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please note: you will be refunded the total of the order minus the shipping cost. Items must be returned in original condition. Any stained, worn, washed, or damaged pieces will not be returned. All tags & hygiene sticker must be attached. Start a return or exchange by sending us an email at info@tranquilaswimwear.com including your full name & order number.
  • Can I change my order once it's been placed?
    If you have to make any changes to your order, email us right away at info@tranquilaswimwear.com, if your order has not been shipped then we might be able to make changes.
  • What currency am I being charged in?
    Our website is in USD. Use the currency converter on our site to change to your local currency.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    If you wish to cancel your order, send us an email as soon as possible to info@tranquilaswimwear.com. If your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it and you will have to start a return.
  • How do I care for my new swimwear?
    ​Hand wash immediately after each wear, with cold water and small amount of detergent. Gently squeeze excess water (do not wring) & lay flat to dry in a mild environment. Avoid extensive use in chlorinated environments and hot tubs. Do not put swimwear in the washing machine OR dryer, as the pieces are delicate. Always be wary of where you choose to sit, avoid harsh environments; lay down a towel before sitting down.   • How can I find my size?
    We have a size guide here. You can also email us at info@tranquilaswimwear.com or send us a message on Instagram, and we will be more than happy to help you find the right size.
  • How much is shipping?
    U.S + Canada: $5.00 (Free over $150 USD) International: $30 ​ All orders will be sent a tracking number once shipped.
  • How long does delivery take?
    U.S + Canada orders will take 2-5 business days. International orders will take 5-10 business days, depending on the location. We also offer expedited shipping options. *Please note: there might be delays in shipping that are out of our control.
  • Do I have to pay the customs & duties fees?
    Yes, any import duties, broker fees, customs and taxed applied on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
